This is an extremely beautiful near new looking straight razor.
The custom made scales are made of G10 Hunter Orange w/tapered G10 Jade Ghost wedge.
The blade is extremely shiny, clean with no rust, cracks, chips or disturbing stains.
Just a few barely noticeable residual shallow surface pits.
Blade holds no real hone wear.
Blade has been cleaned and polished.
The blade measures 6/8 - round point.
On the front shank it says: ATOR Reg d
On the back it says: ERN, G.M. 142302 Germany
The upper part of the shank has ribbed jimps.
Pindq are tight.
Blade tends to close itself slightly towards the side of the scales when closing but corrects itself nicely centerering at final stop. This is not uncommon especially with the older vntage straight razors which were not always ground perfectly at the tang side.
The razors take an extremely nice and sharp edge and are considered to be top shavers.
