This is an extremely beautiful looking vintage collectors razor.
Comes with the original translucent green emerald celluloid scales w/silver inlays.
The blade is extremely shiny, clean with no rust, cracks, chips.
Several residual pit marks on one side of the blade, doesn't affect anything.
There's a small tear in part of the back scale which is harmless.
Engraving on tang is extremely prominent.
Blade holds a incredible wicked sharp edge with very little hone wear.
Easy to hone and maintain.
Blade has been cleaned and polished.
The blade measures 6/8 - muted spike point.
On the front shank it says: Otto Deutsch's Hans
On the back it says: Otto Deutsch & Söhne - Solingen, Germany
Blade centers nicely and pins are tight.
Very nice condition and example of a Hans, Otto Deutsch & Söhne.

Deutsch Hans Otto was a famous actor born August 10th, 1900 in Dresden, Germany and was murdered on November 24, 1933 in Berlin by the nazis for being one of the first communist Artist.
