This is a a very nice looking vintage razor.
The custom made scales are made of faux snake whitch is made of acrylic.
The blade is very shiny, clean with no rust, cracks or chips.
A few remaining residual stains on the blade, doesn't affect anything.
Blade has been cleaned and polished.
The blade measures 13/16 - barber's notch..

The
crosses are Maltese crosses. The firm was in business as early as 1848 as J. Wostenholm & Co. In 1854 they moved from 64 Rockingham str. to 42 Leicester square in Sheffield, England. The name was changed to J. Wostenholm & sons about that same time. This company manufactured "Bowie type knifes amongst other kinds of cutlery.
The '+EBRO+' mark was used by a smith called Adolph Castor from 1892 - 1919
