This is a NOS (New Open Stock) vintage Fromm Special 72 in unused mint condition.
The NOS razor has no hone wear. Doesn't even have a factory edge.
Therefore this razor gets offered as is or it can be honed at no extra extra.
Some customers like to hone their own especially when the razor is brand new and has never seen an edge before. I love to give that option whenever possible.
The scales are gray translucent horn with a tapered G10 Hunter Orange wedge.
Brass, Stainless Steel and Nickel Silver hardware. Third pin.
The blade is extremely clean with no rust, cracks, chips, pitting or disturbing stains.
The blade measures 11/16 - spike point (can be muted at no extra charge)
On the front shank it says: Fromm Special 72
On the back it says: Otto Fromm Cutlery Co., Germany
Blade centers nicely and pins are tight.
