This is a very nice looking vintage razor.
Comes with the original black scales in extremely nice condition.
The blade is extremely shiny, clean with no rust, cracks, chips.
Just a few barely noticeable tiny spot marks on the the spine and tiny residual pit marks on the blade. Doesn't affect anything.
Blade holds a very sharp edge with very little hone wear.
Easy to hone and maintain.
Blade has been cleaned and polished.
The blade measures 11/16 - round point.
On the front shank it says: Pirola 1
On the back it says: Made in Solingen, Germany
The upper and bottom part of the shank have ribbed jimps.
Blade centers perfect and pins are tight.
Very nice condition and an extremely nice example of a Pirola 1 - Otto Busch - Solingen.
