ROBESON SHUREDEGE - MADE IN U.S.A. - 5/8 - 3/4 HOLLOW - ORIGINAL - 15-E-300
This is an extremely beautiful and rare collectors vintage straight razor in excellent condition.
The razor comes with the original pins and black acrylic scales.
Blade is in immaculate condition with no hone wear and looks like new.
Scales are straight and blade centers nicely.
Beautiful original hand hammered tang. The hammer marks being left on the tang of each razor was to show they were each actually hand hammered on an anvil closing the pores of the steel in a uniform and thorough manner conducive to a perfect shaving edge.
Looks as good as when it was produced.
The blade measures 5/8 - square point
On the front shank it says: Robeson Shuredge - Rochester, N.Y.
On the bladet says:
The razor that fits your face
On the monkey tail it says: 15-E-300 (which is the model number *look in the booklet)
