This is a true gorgeousl big looking vintage W&B collectors razor.
The custom made scales are made of Black Micarta w/tapered Blue Dragon Skin recon stone
The blade is very shiny, clean with no rust, cracks or chips.
There are a few barely noticeable remaining residual shallow micro pits left on the blade which are not an issue and considering the age of the razor are very normal..
Blade holds normal non excessive hone wear and sits nicely in the scales.
Blade has been cleaned and polished.
The blade measures 9/8 throughout most of the lenght of the blade. 8/8 mostly at the heel side as it has a slight beautiful smiling edge.

Successor to Robert Wade; succeeded by Butcher, Brown & Butcher Sheffield - 1818-1890.

This razor is at least over a 120 years old.
