The custom made scales are made of faux tortoise w/transparent spacer/wedge.
The blade is very shiny, clean with no rust, cracks or chips.
Has some residual stains and pits on the blade
Blade holds no hone wear to speak off ands centers perfect.
Blade has been cleaned and polished.

Successor to Robert Wade; succeeded by Butcher, Brown & Butcher Sheffield - 1818-1890.
This razor dates from before 1890 since from 1890 the word 'England' had to be added to the inscription on the tang. I believe this one to be from late 1800's, early 1900's..
