Payment
Prices are subject to change without notice. All sales are final. In order to cut down on overhead costs and in turn offer you the lowest possible price, we accept orders that are processed online using a major credit or debit card. madaspen|home accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards and debit cards with the VISA or Mastercard logo. All of the before mentioned cards must be from a bank located in the United States.We do not accept checks or money orders. We also offer Paypal as a secure payment check-out.

Privacy policy
Be assured that madaspen|home is a secure shopping site and all customer information is kept private. At madaspen|home we understand that you value your privacy, and we want to assure you that we’ll respect it, so here’s our simple, plain-English privacy policy: We will never sell, lease, rent, or give away any personal information our customers choose to share with us (unless compelled to do so by competent legal authority).  And, we will only use our customers personal information (such as e-mail addresses) for the purpose it was given to us.  For instance; if you request information and give us your e-mail address so we can respond to you, we’ll send you the information you requested. If you signed up for our newsletter you can always unsubscribe at will.

Security
Industry-standard encryption technologies - including, but not limited to, SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology - are used when transferring and receiving transaction data exchanged with our Website. Standard security measures are in place at our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information collected from you at our website. All transactions are being processed with up to 256bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) data protection (The highest allowed by current web browsers).

Sales tax
Any order that is shipped to addresses in the state of Nevada is subject to a 7.75% sales tax. We are required by law to charge Nevada state sales tax. Sales tax will automatically be calculated and added to any order shipped to Nevada. Sales tax will not be charged to orders from any other state.

Care
All of our products can be washed in cool or warm water / gentle cycle / low heat tumble dry. We do not recommend dry cleaning for any of our products except the curtains and bed skirts. We do recommend using le blanc linen wash.

Backorders / Product Delays & Out of Stock Items
Backorders are a result of vendor delays in 'out of stock' products to be shipped to madaspen|home. madaspen|home may choose to partial ship an item and backorder the remainder of any item ordered and ship that item at a later date at no cost to the customer. It's possible that some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 1 to 6 weeks due to color, style, size, manufacturer delays or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified when a backorder is being shipped and if an item ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available.

Product Colors & Sizes
Although we make every effort to provide true and accurate colors for our products listed on our web site and as a result of individual computers and monitor settings, we cannot guarantee the color(s) viewed on ones monitor will be an exact match to the actual material colors delivered.

All finished sizes for products advertised are based on information provided by the manufacturer of the item, sizes may vary slightly depending on conditions during manufacturing, production, material content and washing. madaspen|home and its manufacturers are not responsible for shrinkage of material.

Flax linen fibers vary in color from batch to batch due to weather conditions during plant growth and harvest. Color variations in natural fibers are to be expected and are part of the charm of using truly natural products. We try to color-match products as much as possible at the time of shipping but cannot guarantee that colors will match in a set. Slight color variations may exist and are considered very normal.

Mishaps
Altough we make sure to handle our straight razors with the upmost care and attention, accidents do and can happen. After all, we all only human. We receive and work on dozens of straight razors every week. If we brake or lose a razor(s) that has been confined to us and is in our possession at the time of accident or loss we will replace it with an equal or comparable value straight razor.

Shipping and handling
All orders will be processed and shipped within the next 2-5 business days of receiving your order if in stock. Any item that is "out of stock" will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon it's arrival in our warehouse. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. No additional freight charges will be incurred on any items backordered.  Deliveries during the busy holiday season, large orders and out of stock orders may take considerably longer. All orders ship USPS and UPS Ground unless otherwise requested or specified. USPS can be Priority Mail or Parcel Post depending the weight, size and shipping zone. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery with UPS ground to the east coast of the USA. West coast orders usually take 2-3 days. Incorrect addresses will be subject to a $5.00 UPS correction fee

Shipping fees are calculated from Nevada shipping zone to your shipping location on actual size and weight of the merchandise you are purchasing.

Shipping to a P.O. box: We're sorry, but you must provide us with a valid residential address in order to accommodate your request. USP does NOT ship to PO Boxes

We do ship internationally to Canada, Japan, Europe and South American countries. If your country is not listed in our payment page please don't hesitate to contact us. We use USPS for all international shipments unless otherwise requested or specified. We cannot be held responsible for any taxes or duties that can be charged at customs from the receiving country. Please check with your local duties offices.
We offer several shipping options with or without tracking to insured or not insured parcels. We cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged parcels if the buyer decides not to choose and pay extra for the tracking and/or insurance options.

Returns adamnd ages
Please examine your order upon arrival for any discrepancies. If there is a problem, contact us within 7 days of receipt of order. If your order arrives damaged, or it isn’t what you ordered, please contact our customer service within 7 calendar days of delivery via e-mail.

Returns and exchanges cannot be accepted without a madaspen|home authorized return number.

We will gladly accept your return on new and unused items, in its original resealable packaging, within 10 calendar days after your order has been delivered. Items that have been used, washed or damaged in anyway cannot be returned.
Once the item(s) is returned you will receive a full refund of the original cost (minus shipping costs and restocking fees). We will gladly refund shipping charges on damaged or wrong items only, but all other shipping charges are not refundable.
*Please note that all sale items are considered final sales; no returns, exchanges or cancellations will be accepted. (This includes items purchased at a discounted price through special promotions or coupons).

Le Blanc products are not returnable or exchangeable except for wrongly send orders.

For health reasons we are unable to accept returns on personal care products such as razors and shaving brushes or products which have been used, unless defective.

How to make a return/exchange
1. contact madaspen|home by e-mail to request a *RA nr.
madaspen|home does not accept unsolicited returns and will not process any returns that are received without a return authorization number.
Merchandise returned without a proper RA nr. will be refused or returned to you and no credit will be given.
*Items which have been authorized for return, must be returned within 7 days of authorization.
2. Write your return authorization number on the outside of the carton and on your packing slip. Include this packing slip, along with the item in its original packaging in the carton.
3. Send your return to madaspen|home via UPS, FedEX, or USPS.  We strongly recommend that you insure the package.
4. Once we receive your return, we will send you a confirmation via email, and credit your account. Allow up to 3 weeks for your refund to be processed.

Cancellations
Cancellations will be accepted prior to shipping of order by e-mail only. If an order has already been shipped or was not able to be canceled due to shipping procedures then the customer will be responsible for return of item(s) per madaspen|home product and/or return policy.

Restocking fee
Most returns and exchanges are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
New custom made and ordered linen items from Papillon Linens are subject to a 20% restocking fee. There is no inventory of Papillon Linens and every new item ordered is custom ordered and made for you.

Layaway
We offer layaway terms which will require a 25% deposit, and must be fully paid within the agreed layaway approved period. Any layaway not paid within the approved period, must be extended by us on approval. No refunds or cancellations will be given on layaways and or special orders. Please contact us for any layaway requests.

Business Hours
Normal business hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm Pacific West Coast Time. madaspen|home offices will be closed during all major holidays .

Content and design
Pursuant to Title 17, United States Code, Section 512c, it is in violation to modify, enhance, reproduce download, upload, republish, post, copy, clip, scan, sell, exhibit, publish, license or otherwise distribute any of these images without the written permission or express consent of the artist and, or the owner.
Some of the images used are the property of Papillon Linens and any questions related to permissions or express consent needs to be addressed with papillonlinens.com.
All other pictures are the sole property of madaspen|home.
Any unauthorized use of the images from madaspen|home may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations and statutes.
The design and layout is protected by the United States and International law and other intellectual property proprietary rights and may not be copied or imitate in whole or in part.

Liability
When submitting an order through our secured online web site, or when relying on any information obtained from madaspenhome.com when submitting an email, phone or fax order, you acknowledge and indicate acceptance of all of the above terms and conditions.
Madaspen Home reserves the right to cancel, refuse or limit quantities of any order placed through our web site if the acceptance would impose upon us any unreasonable obligation, risk or liability. Any such order may be cancelled in whole or in part and refunded appropriately. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for a product that is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical or pricing errors.
We shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to goods supplied or delivered hereunder that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control, but not limited to Acts of God, (including, without limitation, strikes, natural disaters,riots,... ).
