read the information below
about making sure you order the correct ring size.
Larimar, also called "Stefilia's Stone", is an extremely rare blue variety of the silicate mineral pectolite found only in one location: a mountainous, relatively inaccessible area in the province of Barahona in the Dominican Republic, in the Caribbean.
Larimar is the embodiment of the tranquil Sea and Sky energies. Its soft, soothing blues and calming turquoise is streaked with white patterns that resemble sunlight dancing beneath Caribbean waters. It brings the ancient wisdom of Atlantis and the healing power of dolphins to harmonize the body and soul. Its coloration varies from white, light-blue, green-blue to deep blue.
Larimar is also known as the Dolphin Stone, Blue Pectolite, Atlantis Stone, and Stefilia's Stone. Originally discovered in 1916, it was named by the Dominican who re-discovered it in 1974, taking the first letters of his daughter's name, Larissa,
and the Spanish word for the sea, mar, to create Larimar.
We sell all rings in US ring sizes. We recommend you go into a jewelry store to obtain your accurate ring size. Don't second guess your ring size. We don't recommend using a tape measure, plastic ring sizers or online printable ring sizers. We depend on you, the customer, to provide us with the correct size so please do not estimate or guess. If you end up ordering the wrong ring size there would be a 25% restocking fee if you decide to return it. It takes many hours to hand make a ring from scratch so it is best to be sure of your size. Thank you for understanding.
